The fine print
Create a tranquil oasis with our water features. We offer natural stone and boulder fountains, waterfalls, and bubbling fountains, along with pond supplies, reservoirs, basins, and pumps.

Terms And Conditions
Customer error, dissatisfaction, no longer wanting a product or any other reason for wanting to return a product other than documented error will not be accepted.
Items in the customer’s possession for longer than 14 days will not be accepted for return.
There are no returns on special order/made to order items.
All returns and cancellations are entirely at the discretion of Rocky Fountain LLC.
Rocky Fountain LLC accepts no liability for products damaged by misuse, improper installation, or modification.
All cancellations and returns must be authorized by Rocky Fountain LLC, and an Return Authorization Number (RA#) must be issued and used when returning products or they will be denied. Please e-mail us to receive a (RA#)
Once an item is shipped it can no longer be canceled.
The Fine Print
All returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
We will not accept returns on any opened, used or modified merchandise.
Returns and cancellations are solely determined by Rocky Fountain LLC.
All returns will receive a refund once the returned item is received by Rocky Fountain LLC and inspected.
There are no refunds or credits on shipping or handling charges. In the case of a return, the return shipping is at the expense of the customer.
Products such as pumps, lights etc are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty only; settlement of all claims is subject to manufacturer’s waiting period to allow inspection of warranted goods.
Products manufactured by Rocky Fountain LLC have a 30 day warranty on workmanship.
